Booking Terms and Conditions

Deposit Policy

At the time of booking your credit card will be charged $200 by Surfers Century Oceanside Apartments (the property), except during high season when a $400 deposit is required by Surfers Century Oceanside Apartments at the time of booking. The remaining balance is to be settled upon arrival at the property.

Cancellation Policy

Low/Mid Season: If the booking is cancelled within 72 hours of the arrival date one night’s accommodation will be charged. All other prior cancellations a $35 administration fee applies.

High Season: If the booking is cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date, 100% of the accommodation deposit will be charged. All other prior cancellations a $35 administration fee applies.

Commonwealth Games/Easter 2018 Deposit Policy (26/03/2018 – 23/04/2018)

Once your booking is received at the property, the 1st night’s accommodation will be charged to your credit card.

Commonwealth Games/Easter 2018 Cancellation Policy (26/03/2018 – 23/04/2018)

If the booking is cancelled outside 30 days prior to arrival, we hold a $100.00 cancellation fee and refund the rest back to the same card.

If the booking is cancelled inside 30 days prior to arrival the deposit of the 1st night’s accommodation is non refundable.

If arrival outside reception hours is unavoidable, you will gain access to the building by pressing the CALL button located on the apartment intercom system. By doing this you will be connected to our afterhours service which will direct you into the building and to your apartment.

Please note that we have parking for one car per apartment.

Where possible, Management will allocate requested apartments.

When circumstances beyond our control prevent this, an alternative apartment will be allocated.

All rates and packages are subject to availability and may not always be available for your desired stay. Given prior notice, Management reserves to right to cancel or amend your booking prior to arrival should circumstances change.
