Booking & Check-In

Information about bookings, payments and check-in.

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 2pm and check-out at 10am

Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

On arrival guests are required to provide a credit card pre-authorisation to the value of $200.00 to cover any miscellaneous charges. Where a credit card is not available a $200.00 cash deposit will be required. In addition, to eliminate identity fraud, we will ask you to provide photo ID at check-in to ensure that your identity matches the booking identity.

A record and/or copy of this photo ID may be retained to minimise the risk of fraudulent credit card usage and for verification purposes with your credit card provider in the event of disputation. Any personal information contained on the collected ID will be securely stored and carefully disposed of at the end of its usefulness.

Q: Is after hours check-in available?

After hours check-in is available via the night switch and safe in foyer

Q: Can I have a late check-out?

Late check-out is subject to availability – please check at reception the day prior to departure

Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?

At time of booking, a deposit is required of $200 to secure room

Q: What are the reception hours?

Reception hours are:

8:30am – 5:30pm Monday-Friday and

8:30am - 12pm Saturday and Sunday

Q: Can I book theme park tickets at reception?

We do have a full tour desk at reception in which we can book all themepark tickets and tours

Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?

Free Unlimited WiFi access is available to all holiday apartments. A username and password will be provided upon check in.

Q: What facilities do you have?

Facilities include outdoor pool, spa, sauna, gym, 2 full size tennis courts, 2 BBQ’s areas, children’s playground

Q: Is there car parking available?

Complimentary Undercover security parking is available

Q: Is all linen provided?

All towels and linen is provided

Q: How often are the rooms serviced?

Our apartments are not serviced daily. For stays of 8 days or longer a complimentary mid stay service is included. You can book in extra services at Reception for an additional cost – please see Reception for pricing.

Q: Is the pool heated?

Yes, the outdoor pool is heated

We are located in the heart of Surfers Paradise, just a 5 minute walk to Cavil Ave. Broadbeach is located nearby, access by tram

Shops and restaurants are located along the main road and Cavil Ave is just a 5 minute walk

Local buses and trams run frequently from nearby
