Booking & Check-In
Information about bookings, payments and check-in.
Q: What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 2pm and check-out at 10am.
Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?
On arrival guests are required to provide a credit card pre-authorisation to the value of $200.00 to cover any miscellaneous charges. Where a credit card is not available a $200.00 cash deposit will be required. In addition, to eliminate identity fraud, we will ask you to provide photo ID at check-in to ensure that your identity matches the booking identity.
A record and/or copy of this photo ID may be retained to minimise the risk of fraudulent credit card usage and for verification purposes with your credit card provider in the event of disputation. Any personal information contained on the collected ID will be securely stored and carefully disposed of at the end of its usefullness.
Q: Is after hours check-in available?
After hours check-in is available. Upon arrival there is an intercom on the wall in the Reception area - just press the CALL button which will put you through to the afterhours staff who will assist you inside to access your keys from the after hours safe. We do need you to come down to Reception the following morning to sign in and register.
Q: Can I have a late check-out?
Late check-out is subject to availability – please check at reception the day prior to departure.
Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?
At the time of booking, a deposit is required of $200 to secure room.
Q: What are the reception hours?
Reception hours are:
8:30am – 5:30pm Monday-Friday and
8:30am - 12pm Saturday and Sunday
Public Holiday hours do vary.
Q: Can I book theme park tickets at reception?
We do have a full tour desk at reception in which we can book all themepark tickets and tours.

Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?
Free Unlimited WiFi access is available to all holiday apartments. A username and password will be provided upon check in.
Q: What facilities do you have?
Facilities include outdoor heated pool, spa, sauna, gym, 2 full size tennis courts, 2 BBQ areas, children’s playground.
Q: Is there car parking available?
Complimentary Undercover security parking is available.
Q: Is all linen provided?
All towels and linen are provided.
Additional towels can be hired from Reception.
Q: How often are the rooms serviced?
Our apartments are not serviced daily. For stays of 8 days or longer a complimentary mid stay service is included. You can book in extra services at Reception for an additional cost – please see Reception for pricing.
Q: Is the pool heated?
Yes, the outdoor pool is heated.
Q: Do you have a preferred car hire company?
Yes, we recommend Star Rent a Car. You can contact them on 1800 82 15 75 or email: email@example.com - let them know you are staying at Surfers Century and they will look after you.

We are located in the heart of Surfers Paradise, just a 5 minute walk to Cavill Ave. Broadbeach is located nearby, accessible by tram.

A variety of shops and restaurants are located close by and Cavill Ave is just a 5 minute walk.
Q: Is there public transport nearby?
Local buses and trams run frequently from nearby.
Q: What local attractions are in the area?
Local attractions include shops, Ripley’s Believe It or Not, Infinity, clubs and bars, restaurants, night markets and many more seasonal attractions in the main strip of Surfers Paradise.
Q: Where can I buy groceries locally?
The closest local supermarket is located on Cavill Ave and a convenience store just a few blocks down from us.
